Don Beck
Don joined Eastview and was
baptized in 1976 and is one of our
elders. He works with the Special
Needs Ministry Team and volunteers
in the church office on Tuesdays and
Wednesdays. Don's wife's name is
Judy. Don & Judy have two sons, Wes
and Jeff. Jeff & his wife Sheila have two children.
Don's hobbies are beagles, nature, travel and reading.

Larry Hayes
Larry & his wife Claudia have been
members since 1995 and he serves
as an elder.They have three children,
Larry IV, Paul and Megin. Larry
teaches a financial principles class
on Wednesday nights and has been
involved with the Haiti mission since
1979. He is the owner of Living Water
Co Inc., which does industrial and municipal chemical
feed applications. In his spare time, Larry enjoys the
quiet time of fishing.

Tracy Hunter
Tracy and his wife Christina have
been members of Eastview since
1992. They both teach for the Indian
Creek School system and have two
children, Ross and Mackenzie. They
also operate Hunter's Honey Farm
where they sell various products
that they make from honey and
beeswax. Tracy is an elder and is
currently teaching the Sunday morning class Spirit Filled Life.
He is also involved with the Adult Christian Education Team
and the Scholarship Committee.  

Joe Mills
Joe Mills and his wife, Sharon,
have been members at Eastview
since 2004. Called to be a deacon
in 2006, Joe chairs the Recovery
Ministry Team and sings in the choir.
Since retiring from public service in
1995, Joe and Sharon have operated
a retail antiques business,
"Glean-n-Gather Antiques." Joe is an
avid Colts fan and enjoys fishing.

Jerry Sanders
Jerry has been a member of
Eastview since 2000 and
serves as an elder. Jerry is
the assistant superintendent
of Martinsville Schools. His wife's
name is Lisa and they have three
children: Joel, Jared and Hannah.

Deacons

Steve Bathory
Steve is a deacon and serves on the                         
Finance Ministry Team. He also
teaches the fourth and fifth grade
boys on Sunday morning. Steve and
his wife Sharon have been members
of Eastview since 1992 and have two
daughters, Murielle and Adrienne.
Steve is employed by Baxter
Pharmaceutical Delivery Systems of
Bloomington where he is a maintenance technician.
His hobbies are bicycle riding, HAM radio, riflery and hiking.
But he mostly enjoys spending time with his family.

Scott Forgeng
Scott & his wife Kathy have been
attending Eastview since 2002 and
have five daughters. Scott serves
as a Sunday School teacher and
deacon and is also a member of the
Missions Ministry Team. He is employed
as an English teacher at Lighthouse
Christian Academy. Scott accepted
God's free gift of salvation as a child
and appreciates that this gift is based
on Christ's work on the cross alone.

Doug Haggard
Doug has been a member of Eastview
since 1986. He and his wife, Kathy,
have five children and eight
grandchildren. Doug currently
serves as a deacon and assists
in the third grade SS class. He also
is involved in serving on Sunday
mornings. Doug and Kathy host
college age in their home on Sunday nights. Doug, in previous
years, has served on several different ministry teams.

Earl Haniford
Earl & Terrie have been members
of Eastview since 1982. Earl
serves as a deacon and works
with the Missions Ministry Team
and a host a Sunday night small
group at their home. Earl is a
teacher at East Middle School
and also operates a small dental
lab at Wells & Marvel Family Dentistry. Earl & Terrie have two
children, Allegra and Earl Loyd, who is married to Lori.

Dave Sechrest
Dave & his wife Nancy have been
members since 2001. Dave serves
as a deacon, chairs the Guest
Services Ministry Team and
manages the Witness Wear
program. He attends the Willing
Workers Bible study. He and
Nancy have been married since
1986 and their son's name is
Nathan. Dave has worked for the postal service since 1978
and he enjoys boating, fishing, golf and being outdoors.

Larry Summers
Larry has been a member of
Eastview since 1997 and serves
as a deacon. Larry and his wife
Erin have four children; Cameron,
Brandon, Trey and Grant. Larry
graduated from Purdue University
and has worked in the construction
field as an estimator and project
manager for 25 years. He serves
as the chairman in his involvement
with the Property Team Ministry. Outside interests include
sports, hunting, fishing and wood working projects.
